Summary of responses received and government response to consultation on business model designs, regulatory arrangements, strategic planning and the role of blending. The consultation was open from 22 August 2022 to 31 November 2022 and received 90 responses from stakeholders by email and follow up discussions. We held stakeholder briefing events and workshops and had continuous engagement with stakeholders through working groups and bilateral meetings where requested. We are publishing our government response alongside a separate document setting out our minded to position for chapters in the consultation.
