CCUS Progress in China – a status report

This report is jointly conducted by Global CCS Institute, The Administrative Center for China’s 21, and Tsinghua University and was published in March 2023. It’s the first comprehensive study dedicated to China’s burgeoning CCS sector. This report reviews the progress of CCS technologies and demonstration projects in China, and summarized policy development and the challenges facing CCUS further deployment in China and finally, made relevant policy recommendations.
