Leadership and Oversight of Commercial Activities:
- Responsible for all commercial aspects of our projects in the field of renewable energy and green hydrogen.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Pricing, Bidding, and Tender Processes:
- Ensure success in pricing, proposals, and bidding to secure profitable projects.
- Identify opportunities to establish and optimize revenue streams for our projects.
Contract Negotiations and Partnerships:
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- This includes Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), off-take agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
Risk Management and Financing:
- Structure contracts to minimize risk and maximize returns for the company.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review contract terms.
Financing and Grants:
- Develop and implement collaborative financing strategies, including equity and debt.
- Explore all grant funding possibilities for our projects, especially local options in project regions.
Project Monitoring and Team Leadership:
- Establish and maintain financial controls and internal/external reporting mechanisms to monitor project performance.
- Commercial monitoring and management of companies in project countries.
- Motivate the commercial team to achieve project goals.
